Mediation is a powerful tool that can assist parties by providing a structured and safe pathway for engaging in a process to clarify, understand and acknowledge symptoms and causes of conflict. Mediation offers participants the opportunity to solve problems, create new options, forgive themselves and others and prevent future disputes.

I begin every mediation with an assessment. I work with individuals and groups using a transformative approach and employ conflict resolution tools tailored to the needs of each client. Whether you are interested in mediation or just have questions about how it can help, I look forward to hearing from you.
