Mediation is a powerful tool that can assist parties by providing a structured and safe pathway for engaging in a process to clarify, understand and acknowledge symptoms and causes of conflict. Mediation offers participants the opportunity to solve problems, create new options, forgive themselves and others and prevent future disputes.

I begin every mediation with an assessment. I work with individuals and groups using a transformative approach and employ conflict resolution tools tailored to the needs of each client. Scheduling

Mediation sessions are typically scheduled at least one-month in advance. To inquire about mediation services, fees and availability, please submit your name, contact information, brief description of your mediation needs and preferred dates by clicking on the CONTACT tab or send an email to: anna@annaspain.com.

An online deposit of $200 per party is required to hold a mediation date.

Preparation

Clients interested in mediation services will receive the Mediation Instruction Form and the Agreement to Mediate Form. Prior to the mediation date, confidential telephone calls are scheduled with each client to clarify case background. Clients are encouraged to raise any questions or concerns during the call.

Fees

Mediation services are charged at an hourly rate between $250-$350 with a required minimum of two hours. Clients are responsible for appropriate travel costs. Payment is due by check or credit card immediately following each mediation session. An invoice will be provided.

There is no charge for routine telephone calls, preparation or follow-up.

*Pro bono and reduced-rate services are available for certain cases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted at no charge if received by email at least five full business days prior to the date of mediation. Cancellations received after that time will incur a $200 charge per party to the responsible client(s).
